Remembering Miss Cooke in Melbourne - 19 May 2012

About 25 BBGSians gathered in Melbourne to celebrate the life of Miss Cooke on 19 May 2012. They spanned generations of BBGS students who left Form 5 between 1966 to 1988. Some BBGSians even brought their spouses and children.

Miss Moey Yoke Lai, who was visiting Melbourne, brought a video recording of Miss Cooke's Thanksgiving and Farewell services—together with the programmes, bookmarks and collar pins. They commenced by singing our beloved school song twice and proceeded to enjoy the potluck spread that did justice to their Domestic Science teachers at BBGS.

At the BBGSOGA Melbourne Chapter, the husbands and children of BBGSians joined in the singing of the school song.
